How To Pay
Payment Methods
Two payment routes are accepted. Bank transfer in EUR is the preferred method for international participants; on-site cash is available in MDL or EUR upon arrival in Chișinău.

Bank Transfer (SWIFT)
Transfer the exact fee in EUR to the conference account. Please ensure all bank charges are paid by the sender and include the participant name and abstract ID in the payment reference.

On-site at the venue
Cash
The conference desk in the lobby of the Moldova State University Central Building accepts cash payment in EUR or Moldovan Leu (MDL). Currency exchange offices are available within walking distance from the venue.
- 1 Arrive at the registration desk (opens at 08:30 starting from 31st August) with your printed confirmation email.
- 2 Indicate your fee tier; the cashier will issue a fiscal receipt on the spot.
- 3 Collect your badge, programme booklet and welcome bag — you are set.
Note: the on-site rate is the Regular tier (€330) – Early Bird pricing only applies to payments cleared before 31 July 2026.

Submission is open across all six sections. Use the official template (one page, figures embedded). Authors are asked to indicate their preferred section and presentation format (oral or poster) at submission.
